We at CraftSutra know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition and on time. So we use the best of the courier to deliver your products to you as early as possible.

Depending upon the location, the product is shipped to you within 2-5 business days within.

The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

We at CraftSutra work hard to provide our customers with the best of masks with unique designs maintaining the quality and safety checks. In case of damaged/defects or size issues, you can simply exchange the product within 7 days of the date of delivery.

Everything we offer is chosen to live up to high standards. All products are fully guaranteed against defect or faulty workmanship. We’ll always do our best to take care of our customer’s delight in the fairest and reasonable manner; we hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well.

The only things which we ask that don’t use the product and maintain its original condition, packaging, accessories and tags. You are most welcome to try on a product but make sure you take an adequate measure to maintain its condition. .The reason why we ask this is so that the product, when returned, should be in a re-sellable position as soon as it reached back to our designated warehouse. Failure of which shall lead to a delayed exchange time or even cancelling your exchange request. So help us to serve you better!

We provide free exchange & credit note refunds which can be redeemed anytime in our website by purchasing any other product within a period of 3 months.

In the case of Returns, we offer store credit valid for 3 months. Once we pick up your return, our team will do the quality check at our end and if the product passes our quality check we will provide a credit note of the required amount in your mail-id.

But, if the product does not pass the quality check we shall return it to you and reject your return or exchange.

If you choose to exchange the product for the reason of mismatch of size, wrong product delivered a defective item recieved, you will be provided with a replacement of the product, free of cost, post our examination of the product delivered to you. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.

NOTE: Products purchased under any promotion, clearance sale, Deal of the Week Page and Any Other Offer can only be exchanged with the Available Size & Product in the same Sale / Offer or returned for store credit only.
